MURRAY STATE -15 VS SAMFORD

Since Mick Cronin became Murray's coach he has installed a up-tempo pressing style for 40 min. They thrive on turnovers and transition baskets. As of now Murray State is the class of the confrence (Boy that hurts to admit). This is thier first confrence home game and they will come out fired up. In the past Murray has always been a team that would run up the score if given the chance. I don't see this Murray team as being any different.

To have a chance against this team you must have guards that can take care of the ball and you must excell in the half court game. I don't see Samford as being able to do that. Year to date they have 218 turnovers to 167 takeaways. Murray runs away with it in the second half.

I liked this one as well, but held off due to Samford hanging tough on the road against both Memphis and Ok. St.

Your post has me thinking about laying the number again.

Normally I hate laying this many points. But this team historically likes to beat up on the bottom feeders of the confrence. This year they have the athelets an the coach to do it. Memphis and Okla St. probably didn't take the game as serious as Murray will this one. The real woodshed game will be saturday when Jacksonville State comes to Murray.
